Pond Of Silver Souls

Time seemed to have stood still in this enchanted place, and silence is the greatest power. Even the most rambunctious of wolf cubs will quiet down at the sight of this pond. It is worthy of respect. The whole area seems to have a calm, peaceful aura.

The pond is more beautiful than its southern and eastern breathren; the water is still, dotted here and there with lily pads and fallen leaves. If you look close enough, sillhouettes of beautifully colored fish can be seen darting around the water. At sunset the pond sparkles silver, and at that moment it is said to have healing properties; take a dip if you'd like, it will relieve your worries and soothe your muscles. Cubs that feast on this fish will grow into healthy, hardy wolves.

While you're at it, why don't you settle down for the night? Brambles shroud this small paradise from bulkier intruders, and the dens under the tree roots are very convinent, not to mention warm and comfortable. You might already find some made for you, for this pond has been visited frequently by many generations of wolves.
