Cracked Limestone

Hard, pale limestone lies hidden under the thin sheet of dirt, but you can still feel it through the ground. Sometimes there are fault in the limestone, creating a hole big enough for a wolf to trip in. Even break a bone, if luck has left you. Even here you're not safe from grizzly bears, but they're considerably rarer.
